Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. This will include a tracking number for your convenience.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is 199 on each order order.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days. This option is available for a flat rate of PKR 3,000.
- Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM (local time) can be delivered the next business day. Overnight shipping is available for a flat rate of PKR 5,000.
3. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our website for the list of eligible countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Military Addresses: We offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please select the appropriate option at checkout.
5. Shipping Delays
- Weather & Holidays: Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions or holiday periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.
- Carrier Issues: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Misbah Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team at info@misbahapparel.com so we can assist you in locating your package.
- Stolen Packages: Misbah Apparel is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are stolen from your property. We recommend using a secure delivery location or contacting your local delivery carrier for assistance.
